By using this quiz system, you agree to these Terms. If you are a teacher, you confirm you have the right to process student data for educational purposes.
Accounts and Eligibility
- Teachers must keep account credentials secure and are responsible for all activity.
- Students access quizzes created by their teachers; student accounts (if any) are managed by teachers/schools.
Subscriptions and Billing
Some features require a paid plan. Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (LE). Plan features and limits are described in-app. We may change plan pricing or features; changes will apply to future billing cycles.
Use of the Service
- Do not misuse the platform (e.g., disrupt, attack, copy without permission).
- Respect academic integrity. Anti-cheating measures may be applied and recorded.
- Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.
Content and Ownership
Teachers retain ownership of their questions and content. You grant us a limited license to host and process content to provide the service.
AI Features
AI grading and feedback are assistive and may not be perfect. Teachers remain responsible for final grading decisions.
Accuracy and Availability
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted availability. Features may evolve over time.
Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the service and users.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service from claims arising from your content or misuse of the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts in Egypt.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
